1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Congressional Trader (the "Service"), operated by Moonveil AI Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a California corporation located at 2018 Sand Hill Rd, Unit A, Menlo Park, CA 94025. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@moonveil.ai.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Congressional Trader offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed on an annual basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to redistribute or resell data to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding publicly available government data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moonveil AI Inc. Congressional disclosure data is sourced from public government filings and is not owned by us. Our AI-generated analysis, platform design, and software are proprietary.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONVEIL AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
